Dear SIGNS, tetra is a terestrial trunked new police radio system operated by O2 Airwave which is opening out across the UK.
All appeals or objections to the siting of these masts here in Britain are being overuled on the grounds of "National Security".
Tetra is pulsed microwave radiation, which operates at full power 24/7.
Tetras pulse frequency is 17.6Hz, which is a key frequency of the electrical activity of the human brain 16Hz . Our beta brain waves are around 13Hz to 20Hz.
People who are inflicted to the microwave radiation complain of symtoms such as, sleep disorders, dizziness, nausea, headaches and migraine, rashes and itching , irregular heartbeat and shortness of breath.
All this is being pushed onto the British public without any right to redress through the courts, due to "national Security".

Oh, I 'get' it. They're trialing these technologies on the hapless population in Britain, before they take them to America and use them on the population there. Blair really has sold his country down the river if its population is being used as nothing more but a bunch of lab rats.

According to what I've read, these masts started going up a couple of years ago. I remember reading that the citizens of one small town united to fight the mast and actually succeeded in putting it out of commission through the legal system. I don't know if the courts decision was eventually overturned or not, but all other accounts I've read seem to indicate that it's futile to try fighting it ,as all attempts to stop masts from going up are somehow circumvented.

Despite clear proof that the police have been suffering serious damage to their health as a result of wearing these radios, nothing has been done to address the problem. In fact, if I remember correctly, the people who speak out in the police force, are targeted for harrassment, and all evidence of health damage is completely denied. That means the police are putting their lives at risk, and have no way to collect compensation for damage to their health.

It seems to me that the best way to fight this would be to unite in support of the police who have experienced serious health setbacks, along with their families, thereby mobilizing the rest of the force to get behind the effort. There's nothing like enlightened self interest to get things moving in the right direction. It's going to be an uphill battle in any case, so it only makes sense to concentrate one's efforts on the most viable way of effecting change.

yes, and that would be everyone as the Tetra network is designed to cover 100% of any area which is policed... ie everywhere.

and allegedly, the transmitters are stealthed inside petrol-stations (so much for "don't use your mobile on the petrol station forecourt"), on top of blocks of flats or school buildings, inside or behind small forests, basically everywhere that people won't see them. so, we won't be getting the kind of actions that we had against speed-cameras, where there are cases of them being rammed by trucks, and blown up with fireworks, because people object to them so much.

you should see the standing-wave patterns we get in the cloud systems round here - I wonder if they are related?

anyway doesn't the US already have all this? usually the UK is a little behind the US in the race for creating complete control-freak hell on earth. ahem. rant over ;)

I do believe SOTT covered this two or three years ago -- if not, then SOTT led me to coverage of this. Just recently, there was another report of a "new study" here in the US that concluded that mobile communications devices "do not cause cancer."
