Thanks to Laura

The other post about depression and thanking Laura is why I am doing this. If it weren't for her book "The Secret History of the World and How to Get Out Alive", her postings of the C's and all the other countless things she has written and so generously shared, I would not have understood nearly as quickly what was happening to me when I woke up. I did everything backward. I woke up and then went looking for answers as to why and what was happening. I could never thank her and her efforts enough. Now I am trying to pay it forward.

Thank you Laura. You are a beautiful human being.

Thank you Alchemie. I'm not sure what you mean by trauma. All that went away when I went through my experience. Ego, trauma, anticipation, buying into the lies, materialism, fear, etc. All gone. Now, just joy for the most part.

That's cool.
How did you do it that everything is gone?
I think that all people go through life with various traumas. Mostly from conception until death ... but that's just my subjective observation.

Trauma as far as I have experienced can't be fully removed, being etched in memory, but the fear, terror etc. emotional imprints behind them can be melted with EE to where the memories don't have the same impact they used to, more or less partly clearing the PTSD (symptoms, flashbacks, its dominance over one's life, etc.). But it doesn't fully go away it seems, only becomes minimized or rare. ~

I agree with you. I see it,too, that way.
My trauma coping strategies are: dissociation (splitting the experiences from consciousness), blunting the stimulus-sensation of the body, Spatial distance to the tormentors, and build a new life.

The only Constructive that remains is to look to the future and try to accept the past.
My next project is to solve the blockages of my body... I'm curious to see how successful I will be. Maybe with some magic, it will happen :knitting: :wizard:
