The 6% Solution doesn't download

I have listened to almost all the podcast discussions regarding "pathocracy" except the one titled "The 6% Solution". For some reason I can't get it. I am using iTunes which has worked very well otherwise. Is this one "broken"?
If I am in the wrong place for this problem please redirect me.

I had download it but only 4 KB...
it seems that when page was down , copy of this podstard was bad linked to the orginal, or just bad file was linked.

Thank you all very much. I got the transcript and the audio. It's been unavailable for a few months at least. I checked it several times before saying anything. Next time I'll speak up right away. We have to keep the flow of this information uninterrupted.
