The acupressure mat

I just wanted to recommend this wonderful modernization of the old fakir's spike mat. There are many manufacturers that make these mats with plastic spikes, and they go by different names. But if you do a search on 'acupressure mat' or 'spike mat' you'll be able to find many. I'm not mentioning my label, since it would be advertising ;)

This is of course not a "serious" and lasting way to un-stress and relax the body, but I find it very useful when you just don't feel up to do your yoga, jogging, breathing etc. I often use it before doing the EE-program. Give it a try!

I have one of those mats since yesterday.

I did two 15 minutes sessions yesterday, and one this morning.

Sorry, I posted before ending message... So I was telling that the mat was very positive for me, very relaxing. I needed to feel the spike so I tried it with a thin tee shirt.
