The balance of dark and light on 6th density?

I am confused about how the natural grand cycle on 6th density vibrational frequency, is the confluence into balance between darkness and light. Does this imply that there are ( subjectively speaking) evil forces that serve others to form a balance or agreement with good forces that serve others? Or is this just where the balance between dark and light are at perfect harmony and neither one passes judgement on the other, because the balance is the perfection of the universal union of soul groups?

My awareness has increased exponentially over the past year in relation to our nature of reality, but I just can't quite comprehend how the darkness is amalgamated with the light on 6th density? When you think of the angelic realms you consider them to be the source of nothing but light and I guess the darkness being irrelevant at that level of awareness. Any explanation on this would be nice, of someone actually understands this esoteric topic.

There is both in the Cassiopaea and the Ra material a similar idea presented that there are no real 6d STS entities but merely reflections for balance.

A: These are only reflections of individuals, not unified entities. These reflections exist for balance. They are not whole entities, just thought forms.
Q: (L) Are these 6th density beings what the Bible describes as a "gathering" of angels as in the story of Job where "Lucifer" came in before the Lord...
A: Yes.
Q: (L) So, there are STS and STO at 6th density which balance? And they are just there, they exist?

Q: (L) Is there any kind of heirarchy to this thing? Do these beings come before some kind of "Grand Council" and make plans and discuss things, and make decisions and implement them?
A: No.
Q: (L) Well, how do things happen? Do things just sort of happen as a natural interaction of things and energies?

Q: (V) If we are on the 3rd density and you are working with us and we are striving to make 4th density, at the same time are you, at 6th density, striving to reach 7th?

Q: (T) Is helping us, helping you to reach 7th density? (V) Are there others at higher densities working with you as you are working with us?
A: No, we all reach 7th level together.
Q: (L) So, in other words, you guys are trying to bring us up and everbody else is coming up, and when all the pieces are back together, we then go to 7th, is that it?

A: It's a natural process.

I have actually read that session in the wave series. I think I missed the part where the C's mentioned that STS 6th density are "reflections for balance." Thanks for the reminder. It's still very hard to picture all this in my brain, as I'm sure it is difficult for many on the 3D plane, but I'm sure that will be part of the learning and growing process as the wave nears and we become ready for the next level of lessons.
