The Diet and Bruises (hematoma) ?

I'm remembering that I thought about my bruises "problem" a few weeks ago.
I always had bruises on my body so regularly that it became a normal status.(on my legs, arms, torso)
people regularly asked if I get beatings because it was so "extrem".
I do know that it only needed a "small" hit to bring them up.
it was so normal for me that even when I saw new ones on my body I didn't remembered what the cause was.

today at work I hit my knee pretty strong. after I went home it still hurts.
so now I'm looking at my knee and I'm pretty suprised that there is no bruise.(normally I would get a huge bluish bruise)
in fact I realize that no part of my body has bruises ! that is a new for me.
(I stared a gluten, dairy and raffinated sugar free diet some weeks ago)

so the question is, does it coheres with the diet ?
did anyone observed the same ?
or could there be another reason (maybe EE) ?

Edit: headline

today still no hematoma has appeared on my knee.
I'm now pretty convinced that something has changed in my body.

Last year, my friend accidentally pushed me on a ground and I got a really bad bruises on both my legs.
It was so bad that I thought it will never heal back...surprisingly it did. I thought at that time, it healed faster than before because of my diet.

I cannot say for sure but I think your metabolism must be up from the diet.
There is a strong possibility that your bruises situation improved from it.
