When it come to exercice our body, we are on our own. The PTB of course does not organize the society to give personalized training advices to each individuals and time to do it. A mass in very good shape would certainly be a too big danger for them.
Anyway there's interesting videos today which explain how the body work and the result of studies.
This one is about HIIT (High-intensity interval training - High-intensity interval training - Wikipedia), heart training and so how much oxygen you can bring into the body.
