The gathering

There was darkness,
but they saw through the tears of the earth,
and heard the depth of her lament.

There was desperation,
but they saw beyond the manifested possibility,
and heard the willing song of the mother.

There was darkness and desperation,
but they saw and heard,
the possibilities that lie waiting beyond the limits.

And awareness was the bond that united them all.

They breathed together,
they all danced as one,
and the spirit world rejoiced,
because the ancient art of creation revealed itself,
throught the joyous heart of the heirs.
