There is a mysterious website in Deep Web which can be only accessed though a special browser called Tor using the link wmjtj2j57mcvs7ms.onion

The website has a name NZD-99 and provides some mysterious information together with strange symbols and diagrams.

My question is the following: who is the creator behind the website, the real purpose of the website and whether the information provided in the website is worth looking into.

Im not sure if anyone here could answer this question about who the creator is, or the purpose that this person had in mind when putting it together.

Based on what mbww just posted, it seems to me like it’s a body work technique to aim at control perhaps?
