When will SOTT do another podcast?

It's always been my favourite bit of the site. I listened to the exorcism one in the early hours of the morning, while I was busy chasing another deadline, and started feeling very uneasy. Heard a sound outside and the dogs started going crazy just as the podcast ended. I was literally too scared to move or check what the commotion was all about. Just sat frozen.

I'll never look at a grasshopper quite in the same way again ;)

Do you still do it around the kitchen table? I can just imagine the scene...big coffee pot, smoke filled room with all these brainy philosophers fixing the world (or at least admitting the futility of it all), one pod at a time..

Erna, woman(?) i understand the frozen part. i have had not the mental/emotional strenght to sit through that one yet. I started listening to it and i decided it was not a good idea! Perhaps one night at midnight i'll sit alone and play it and try to master the keeping the emotion below the neck technique. :|

yeah I have to agree with you both there, that podcast made me very "uneasy", i couldn't control my immediate fear and I also heard "strange noises" outside while listening to it and at the time I lived alone, so much for my "big brave male" act..LOL...

I hope there are more podcasts soon as well as I have listened to all of the ones on the site, I put the podcasts on when I go to bed and listen in the dark before going to sleep.

If bandwidth is a concern, maybe an alternative torrent download would be a good idea.
I'd happily seed all the podcasts endlessly =)

We'll be getting back to them soon. We took time off for the holidays, and then, everybody got sick in turn right after Christmas. I was still sick when I did the BBC interview in February. Now, we have a whole load of deadline tasks that we are working on with some of us not here at any given time due to family demands, so we are just struggling along until things settle down. Should be rather soon.
