I decided to sit down and work out roughly how much each of my supplements and the ingredients of my ultra shake would cost per day. Here's the results:

It's around £90 per month. £3.11 is around the price of a pint of beer, or a breakfast you'd buy on your way to work, or a latte and a cookie. I think that's a pretty good price for health.

TC, that is good info. I am just about to start the UltraMind six week program and looking into buying the different supplements. I have been trying to figure out how to get the right things at the right price which is difficult, especially living in the EU

Could you post what products you are using and where you get them as that would be a great help to diet newbies like me :)

Thanks for breaking down the numbers TC! I've just returned from shopping and was rather stunned looking at a total price tag of more than 160 euros for my list at the drug store. Especially the Glutathione stood out with 41 euros for a bottle of 60 pills. So I skipped those, bought the rest and will try to find the Glutathione on-line for a better price. But looking at it your way, it's not expensive at all... :)

Just noticed, I missed the price of the protein powder. The one I was using was £8.99 for 500g (organic hemp), using around 25g for a shake which works out at £0.45. So the total per shake should be £3.56.
