It hasn't made any overt mention of pathologies but I have a hunch that is not his intention; very pragmatically presented otherwise.
 
I was led here trying to figure out the nature of attraction to the other sex (women in my case). I was mainly of the idea that it was mostly biological. This video has deepened the way I think about this -- it's not so cut and dry. Of course Gurdjieff had his own take on love as well, I'm not very well-versed with his thoughts on the matter, however. Great presentation and very easy to follow. Highly recommended.
 
Interesting presentation. I like the quote from Bell Hooks, that was used to answer the question "can abuse and love coexist?"

"When we understand love as the will to nurture our own and another's spiritual growth, it becomes clear that we cannot claim to love if we are hurtful and abusive. Love and abuse cannot exist." - Bell Hooks
