Would it be possible to make it available on the mobile version of the forum? I don't have a pc at the moment and am only able to access this forum through my mobile internet. I know that most members have computers but maybe some are like me, internet-limited. Just a thought. Thank you.

Given that I don't have a mobile device to test out any changes I make, I'll have to see if I can figure something out!

I'm trying to find some software or browser add-on that allows me to see what a mobile browser sees, but I haven't found anything yet. Anybody know of such a tool??

I did a quick research and got some help of a friend :) I have not installed the windows mobile emulator so im not sure about that, tried firefox mobile and it works fine, they are all free.

Windows only: It's a great feeling to find a productivity application that fits your workflow, but if your platform of choice is Windows Mobile you might only find that app after hours of tedious installing and uninstalling with lots of tiny screen time and stylus poking. Recently released to the general public, Microsoft Windows Mobile Emulator is desktop software that imitates Windows Mobile 6, Windows Mobile 5.0, and Windows Mobile 2003SE on your PC. Install and uninstall software, try out themes and new interfaces, and use the phone's external buttons with the emulator—no stylus required.

Of all Internet pages that were downloaded to mobile devices globally in May, 24.6 percent were downloaded through Opera's browser and 22.3 percent via iPhone, StatCounter said.

(...) Nokia, the world's top cellphone maker, retained third place in mobile browsers with 17.9 percent of the market, StatCounter said.

Browsing the Web on a mobile phone is traditionally such a painful process that many of us simply don't bother. Thankfully things are beginning to change though. We've already seen the Beta release of the slick Opera Mobile browser for Windows Mobile and UIQ devices. Now, Mozilla is getting in on the act with its Firefox Mobile browser, code-named Fennec.

This Windows-based emulator gives you a sneak peak at how Firefox Mobile will perform. And by the look of things, it's shaping up pretty well. Instantly, you'll see that this isn't merely a port of the desktop version of Firefox but rather a completely new interface designed to be used comfortably on small screens.

The phone I have is inexpensive, and unable to download anything from the net. I just have the basics - text and small pics. I'm not sure how this stuff works, but my options on the mobile version of the forum are: 1.pm inbox 2.unread posts 3.unread topics 4.logout It would be awesome if "search" could be added on...

With respect to the previous post herein I do hope this is the appropriate place for my request regarding "The Search Function"

Could someone please tell me if there is an ability within the search function that results with only the posts submitted by a particular member?

To explain, I am trying to review all my own posts with the intent of monitoring my psychology, and to annotate anything I have written; where I feel that will benefit others, in the light of my increasing knowledge of psycho-pathology. But I am getting very, very lost in the maze of information :(

Thank you in advance. :cool2:
