The Force is Strong With This One
I really enjoyed this movie. Finally an alien horror that doesn't shy away from showing you the baddies. Kurt Russell was great in it and the rest of the cast were able to sell a good show. I really liked the pacing of the movie since it really does just throw you right into it right from the get-go. I think they're making a remake, which, though it might be more technologically advanced, won't be able to compare to the original.

Anyone else enjoy it?

Hi KKP

I’ve watched the movie yesterday (watched it many times before) and was wondering what hidden messages it had so I searched the forum and found your lonely thread.
To answer your question, yeah I enjoyed it too. Like the movie They Live there are imposters walking amongst us and controlling us (psychopath theme). But unlike the movie They Live these imposters are actually consuming us and assimilating us which makes it a bit scarier (4D STS theme). This reminded me of a quote by the C’s when they said “total consumption” in the July 16, 1994 session:

Laura said:
Q: (L) Bob Lazar[5] referred to the fact that aliens supposedly refer to humans as containers. What does this mean?
A: Later use.
Q: (L) Use by who? How many:
A: 94 per cent.
Q: (L) 94 per cent of what?
A: Of all population.
Q: (L) What do you mean?
A: All are containers; 94 per cent use.
Q: I don't understand.
A: Will be used. 94 percent.
Q: (L) Used for what? You mean eaten?
A: Total consumption.
Q: (L) What do you mean by consumption? Ingested?
A: Consumed for ingredients.
Q: (L) Why?
A: New race. Important. 13 years about when happens.
Q: (L) Why are humans consumed?
A: They are used for parts.

Unfortunately this was the first session and Frank was there (no Ouija board) so it could have been corrupted.
