Musk Says First Neuralink Patient Received Implant in Brain

A historic first. On his social network X, Elon Musk announced that a human being had received a Neuralink brain implant "doing well" and that initial results are "promising".
Neuralink is one of the many companies created by Elon Musk. The SpaceX and Tesla boss quietly launched it in 2016, hoping to manufacture brain implants.
In practice, Neuralink is to design brain-computer interfaces that would enable remote control of equipment simply by thinking.

Green light given in May 2023

The aim would be to restore mobility to paralyzed people, enabling them to interact with their environment or easily manipulate mechanical arms. Implants could also be a solution to neurological disorders, promises Neuralink.

In May 2023, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) gave Neuralink the go-ahead for a human clinical trial.
Despite Neuralink's technological and scientific prowess, the project has been widely criticized. The company is the target of several investigations by the American authorities, one of them for animal abuse.
Of at least 23 monkeys used for Neuralink experiments between 2017 and 2020, only 7 survived, according to a complaint filed in February 2022.

China opens leading lab focused on brain-machine interaction

+ Sixty scientists are working at the Tianjin lab, which the government hopes will boost innovation, according to the official newspaper.
+ Interface technology aims to create a direct communication link between the human mind and a device such as a computer.

Elon Musk is not the only one who wants to put chips in people's brains. It seems that the Chinese technology company was already some time ago ready to offer its services and only needed Musk's motivation. The Asian country responded with a press release that assured that its model would arrive in 2025. Researchers from China, with their own proposal for neural implants, intend to develop several user-friendly versions of BCI. They hope to use this brain technology in driving, driverless, virtual reality and medical rehabilitation.
This is the case of the company Neuracom, which offers safer and more efficient implants, such as a chip capable of channeling brain signals and achieving reverse stimulation.

Although Chinese researchers do not yet seem to be in the same position as Neuralink, South China Morning Post reported in 2023 that the Chinese government had inaugurated a 60-person laboratory in Tianjin focused on the development of brain-machine interfaces.

Biden would benefit from such a 'treatment'—he's losing neurons faster than Big Tech is censoring the Internet.

Sovereignty of the mind

Elon Musk says first patient with brain chip controls computer mouse with mind.

The first human patient to be implanted with a Neuralink brain chip appears to have fully recovered and is able to control a computer mouse using his thoughts, the startup's founder, Elon Musk, said Monday.
The chip, called 'Telepathy', was placed last January. The entrepreneur's ambition is that in the future he will be able to control a telephone or a computer "simply by thinking."
“Progress is good and the patient appears to have fully recovered, with no ill effects that we are aware of. "He can move a mouse across the screen just by thinking,"
Musk announced at a Spaces event on the social network X (formerly Twitter). Now, Neuralink is trying to get as many mouse clicks from the patient as possible.
Musk has big ambitions for Neuralink , saying it would facilitate rapid surgical insertions of his chip devices to treat diseases such as obesity, autism, depression and schizophrenia.
The first users of it will be "those who have lost the use of their limbs."
"Imagine if Stephen Hawking could communicate faster than a typist. That's the goal."

The announcement of the first volunteer treated is only endorsed by him. The case has not been published in any scientific journal. Neither the patient nor the medical team that performed the treatment is known.
We are happy to announce that we’ve received approval from the reviewing independent institutional review board and our first hospital site to begin recruitment for our first-in-human clinical trial. The PRIME Study (short for Precise Robotically Implanted Brain-Computer Interface) – a groundbreaking investigational medical device trial for our fully-implantable, wireless brain-computer interface (BCI) – aims to evaluate the safety of our implant (N1) and surgical robot (R1) and assess the initial functionality of our BCI for enabling people with paralysis to control external devices with their thoughts. (19 Sept 2023)

Telepathy
The name of the device: Telepathy carries a battery that is recharged externally and has 1,024 electrodes, distributed in 64 wires, that transmit measurements of brain activity wirelessly. The fact that the device has been approved by the FDA implies some guarantee.(someone remembers the vaccinations? ).
It is hoped that Telepathy will be able to measure brain signals related to movement in people with reduced mobility, and that they will be used to govern the movement of a prosthesis or interact with a computer. This is what is known as brain-machine interface.
But a muscle signal is in no way equivalent to a thought; this is not telepathy. The truly revolutionary thing would be for the Neuralink device to work by recognizing the neural activity that generates thought. But, is it possible for this to be achieved?

In Musk’s vision, it is actually a bunch of electrodes inside your brain to enable humans to merge with artificial intelligence. Think about how Google fills in suggestions on what you are searching for. Musk is proposing that the same kind of thing should occur in real time, inside your head.
The Facebook gadget being talked about would be outside the skull, where it is much more difficult to get accurate brain readings. Apparently, the idea is to emit photons through the skull and observe what bounces back, since it is possible to observe neuronal activity by measuring how cells reflect light.
Again, enabling people to accurately think in text messages as fast as they speak could be possible, but only with some major advances that are unlikely to reach perfection in two years.
It is not possible to claim that with the kind of technology that is known in the long run to be able to make these things happen. Currently Krishna Shenoy, a Stanford professor and part of a team that this year set a brain-typing record of 8 words a minute. But they did so only after a decade of effort and by implanting electrodes inside the brain of paralyzed volunteers.

Manipul-action
We have quickly completed the first phase of how to effectively and smoothly normalize the interference state of the human body with artificial intelligence. While we are being pushed with new viruses and studied in vaccines, nanorobots, graphene, heavy materials, etc., the battle for our minds has moved to the Neuralink front.
The health objective is to connect paralyzed or blind people so that they can walk or see again - in a sort of technological miracle.
The ultimate goal they aspire to is to connect brain-minds to processors to send bidirectional information in human beings to cure anxiety and depression, that is, to create artificial happiness by manipulating the brain something reminiscent of soma and obedience, a total wet dream of Huxley's Brave New World.

+ Prophetíc
It is an AI Technology Startup (an emerging company that focuses on innovation and technology to create a scalable and disruptive business model) that has created the world's first wearable device to create "Lucid Dreams". This device is called The Halo (yes, like Kubrick's HAL 9000 which is a cover for IBM's name). This company is partnered with K79 which is the same company that designed and built hardware interfaces for Neuralink.
The Halo: The combination of ultrasound and machine learning models (created using EEG & fMRI data) allows us to detect when dreamers are in REM to induce and stabilize lucid dreams.
Together we will pursue the answers to life's biggest questions. ( 😇 )

What we are seeing is the technological development of the ideas of Spiritualism and New Age: seeking older siblings, astral travel, contact with "light" entities, and all sorts of democratization of the astral packaged in a combo electronic device that you can take home.
No doubt this brings the immediate link with occultism, Luciferianism some Scientology and of course Jesuitism.
And Elon Musk is one of its promoters.
15 of the 23 monkeys died in the "extreme suffering" tests according to reports. Neuralink's pilot program or pathway of work focuses on the neural cord of the brain using small electrodes that can be used as an interface or as a cognitive enhancer. The superhuman - The Transhuman.
Musk expects a cognitive enhancement in humans where they "merge with machines or artificial intelligence will make them irrelevant" this is what the interplay between brain and artificial intelligence looks like.
SpaceX, Starlink, Tesla, companies that are funded primarily on government privilegeand military money especially from the military industrial and technological complex.

Patient's evolution
After Neuralink unveiled its patient during a live broadcast on March 26: Noland Arbaugh, a 29-year-old quadriplegic. We now know more about his condition as explained by him.

Neuralink’s First Patient: ‘It Blows My Mind So Much’

For the first time, Noland Arbaugh explains how Elon Musk’s brain implant, which allows him to control a computer with his thoughts, has changed his life.

. Thousands of people have expressed interest in participating in the Neuralink trial, Bloomberg reports.

Recently, the evolution of the implanted patient has been reported again and in more detail.

I am the first person to have the brain chip from Neuralink, Elon Musk's company, implanted: this is how it has helped me

This article is based on the transcription of a conversation with Noland Arbaugh, the first human patient in whom Neuralink implanted a brain chip. It has been edited for length and clarity.

I wasn't afraid when I had surgery in January to get the Neuralink implant .

I was at peace with everything; and my faith in God had a lot to do with it. I knew that whatever happened, that would be God's plan for me, and that calmed me a lot.
He also had complete trust in the staff working on it , including the surgery team and nurses. They were excellent people in their fields and answered all my questions very well.
There were many risks, especially being the first to receive the implant . The only thing I was worried about was brain damage. That's what made me a little hesitant initially. I told my parents that if I became mentally disabled, I wouldn't want them to continue caring for me and put me in a nursing home.

That was probably the hardest part I had to prepare for before the operation.

The idea of giving up the implant was very hard.

About a month after putting it on, some of the cables or wires on the device came out of my brain . That was not Neuralink's fault. There is not much literature or studies on the subject and how much the brain moves when it vibrates.

We do not know what exclusivity contract the patient must have signed and for how long he must give in but I assume that he is cooperating when he points out what he has been told that “there is not much literature” (?), and we'll cross that bridge when we come to it"

The team talked to many neurosurgeons and concluded that the brain moves about a millimeter. Then, after implanting it in my brain, they discovered that it moved three millimeters, that is, three times more than they expected. The components and threads they made were not designed to withstand that type of load, which caused them to retract a little.

When I found out what happened, my initial response was to ask them if they wanted to try again, take it apart and insert a new one, but they told me they weren't considering it at that time. They wanted to see if they could fix what had happened to the software, which they ended up doing instead of fixing it with another operation. They did it very well .
Neuralink obtained permission from the U.S. government, without any objection, to implant a second person, (actually 10 people) according to the WSJ , in this patient they fixed the error with new device wires - 64 wires thinner than a human hair - that were implanted deeper into the brain to prevent them from slipping out of place.
It didn't hurt me physically and it wasn't dangerous. But it hurt me emotionally, because I thought I would no longer be able to use the device. I was pretty depressed for a few days, but I usually handle these kinds of setbacks well. It took a few days, but I recovered.

I use the implant to interact with other people on social networks

I've used it to message people on X, use Instagram, respond to emails , play fantasy sports, read comics online, and access a website I use to learn Japanese. I also used it to book a hotel when I visited Neuralink headquarters.
I once fell asleep while using it, and the cursor keeps moving when I'm asleep and keeps clicking on things. I fell asleep for about five minutes and when I woke up, there were about 10 different apps open on the computer. You can disable the cursor so that doesn't happen, but I didn't do it this time.

The device connects to my computer via Bluetooth, and there is a Neuralink app that allows the implant to access the computer , so I can connect and disconnect from it at will.
Sometimes I start the day at 7 in the morning and use the implant until 11 at night. I know it's a long time, but it's fun for me, so it doesn't tire me out.

I have study sessions with a brain-computer interface team in Maryland for four to eight hours a day. Outside of them, I have structured sessions where I have personal time to use the device.
This helps us learn things that researchers wouldn't otherwise learn, like the different ways it doesn't work quite right. It could be a bug in the software, for example, that they have to solve to improve it.

It has improved my quality of life

It has allowed me to reconnect with the world, my friends and my family. I have improved my ability to text and interact with other people , for example on social media.

One of the biggest things about being a quadriplegic is how helpless you feel, so I wanted to regain as much control as I could.
There were times in the days after the accident I suffered in 2016 that caused a spinal cord injury when I didn't want to do anything, I was sad and I thought, "This is horrible." I didn't know what to do and I didn't feel like I was being very productive.
But I've always been the type of person to accept things as they are and find a way to move on, and that's exactly what I did.
I didn't dwell on regrets, but I looked ahead and thought, "How can I improve my life? How can I improve my life even a little bit today?" That helps a lot. It gives me drive and purpose.
The two years after the accident were very hard. They say that after two years you no longer regain movement or sensitivity, and that is basically how the rest of your life is going to be. It was tough for a day or two, and then I moved on.

The implant has given me purpose when I get up every day and I feel like I am doing meaningful work . I feel like what I do every day is going to affect other people forever after this, and that's enough to keep me going all the time.

Since having the Neuralink implant placed in January, my quality of life has improved significantly. Since my accident, finding different ways to stay productive has been an uphill battle.
In short, the device has allowed me to be more independent.
I see that he (the patient) thinks of it from the point of view where he is doing something for himself, taking the risk and where he is the “literature” that is written to correct future procedures and open the doors to therapies and new treatments for people in need, -trial and error-. So far it all sounds good and a noble gesture on his part, but I also feel that because of his situation he prefers to ignore the deep and dark intentions behind the normalization of these procedures. Which puts him at risk.
What's in the chip, what are the back doors?

Well, objectively this is a situation of total dependency where you have to give up your rights in exchange for the expectation of autonomy.

Session 19 November 1994
Q: (T) The object behind using the electronic ignitions, from what I have heard, whether the source is true or not I can't say, but I had a strange confirmation of part of it.
A: Beware of disinformation. It diverts your attention away from reality thus leaving you open to capture and conquest and even possible destruction.

Q:
(L) Is the information about the electronic ignition systems correct?
A: Disinformation comes from seemingly reliable sources. It is extremely important for you to not gather false knowledge as it is more damaging than no knowledge at all. Remember knowledge protects, ignorance endangers. The information you speak of, Terry, was given to you deliberately because you and Jan and others have been targeted due to your intense interest in level of density 4 through 7 subject matter. You have already been documented as a "threat."

Q: (L) Can you tell Terry what event occurred (referring to "confirmation" of electronic ignition subject)...
A: Remember, disinformation is very effective when delivered by highly trained sources because hypnotic and transdimensional techniques are used thereby causing electronic anomalies to follow suggestion causing perceived confirmation to occur.

it is the body that is the vehicle that contains it, so, if this is a war through us in order to take souls, capture them and disintegrate them, then by making bodies sick, accident and then sell, promise to compromise the soul in exchange for healing, liberation and Intelligence...of course Artificial.

Session 25 July 1998
A: We have told you before: the Nazi experience was a "trial run," and by now you see the similarities, do you not?
Q: (L) Yes, I do see...

A: Now, we have also told you that the experience of the "Native Americans" vis a vis the Europeans may be a precursor in microcosm. Also, what Earthian 3rd density does to Terran 2nd density should offer "food for thought." In other words, thou art not so special, despiteth thy perspective, eh? And we have also warned that after conversion of Earth humans to 4th density, the Orion 4th density and their allies hope to control you "there." Now put this all together and what have you? At least you should by now know that it is the soul that matters, not the body. Others have genetically, spiritually and psychically manipulated/engineered you to be bodycentric. Interesting, as despite all efforts by 4th through 6th density STO, this "veil remains unbroken."
For these kind of people like the Musks, the Klaus Scholz, the Soros, the Rockefellers etc, humans are seen as biological robots that can be “upgraded” and hacked in the name of human “evolution” order: Germ manipulations or 2D-3D transgenic species, man-machine hybridization, genetic engineering, cloning of animals and then humans, etc.
This is an agenda disguised as social change, industrial revolution, New Age connected minds. It will be - and is as we already saw in covid - one of those pseudo-crusades that permeate natural society towards a leap of obedience, dominance and control.

It is free will that drives us to know and understand; the trickery becomes more twisted and frantic because it is time to align with the true human nature, the divine nature, so as not to become unbalanced and to be consciously strong of what awaits us.
