Anyone seen this documentary by the BBC?

It covers mainly HIT, moving around vs sitting all day and then genetic limitation of hard gainers vs super responders to exercise.
Pretty short but sweet documentary, nothing controversial and all done in labs, no anecdotes.
EDIT:
Actually there was something that was controversial, the one doctor was implying that fat has a negative effect on the body, I watched it a month ago so I can't remember exactly what he said.
