I have a spare copy of this book, I managed to buy it twice. Rather than having it sitting in the corner gathering dust, I would be happy to give to somebody who needs it. I am based in Sydney Australia so it probably makes sense for it to go to somebody in Australia. Please let me know if you are interested. I guess it is first in gets to own it.

In the afterword (for example Book 5) it is stated, that book 5 and 6 should be read together, but the other books can be read in any order.

Maybe the simplest solution is, as already stated, to ask the bookseller from where you bought it?!
