I have a very good friend who clips the more bizarre items that he finds in the press, along with news items about old musician friends of ours, and sends me a package of them two or three times per year. They are often quite humorous. One arrived yesterday. In it was this ad for a bar in Tulsa.

Does anyone else find this ad as disturbing as I did? Would it motivate you to drop in for a beer? Even the name of this place is creepy.

Does anyone else find this ad as disturbing as I did?

I may be weird, but I found it intriguing in a way that suggested something phoney about the ad. I looked around on the internet and didn't see anything to indicate the bar is anything other than a local watering hole, visited mostly by the type of crowd interested in 'fronting.' Speaking of projecting attitude though, the ad appears to be consistent with what I saw at the various websites it mentions. Very "in your face", that was.


Edit: added later: The kind of place likely to use double Entendre and literal icons for a phrase like "turkey shooters."

Well, there is. But it's not the reason my town has a record number of homocides. Jeez, 70 homocides? and the record in 03 was 69...but...hmm, idk, i have weird hunch about those but i'm not even sure if it's that good of one.

In any case, I see the chemtrails here a lot. Must be beaming haarp onto us...
