Yuuuup it ain't cool.

But going deeper into it, André wants to trade one evil for a lesser evil. 4D STS wants us to make chickens consciously suffer, so we will ingest that vibration (refer to Bringers of the Dawn). André wants to remove the conscious part, which might prevent the vibration of suffering from being produced.

New problems crop up though. The 2D chicken oversoul may not like it because it will be deprived of working physical vessels. And could there be unforeseen negative vibrations in comatose bags of meat? If the surgical process fails to deliver complete coma, they'd be soul copies "trapped" in a hellish void of nothingness.

let us say that this venture succeeds.. what's to stop scientists down the road from farming organs from unconscious humans ?

on the surface, it would seem as though this could actually be a good thing, but like 3D Student said, there is such a thing as "too much tinkering with nature".
