Thomas Sankara's speech in Addis Abeba 1987

The late and regretted Burkina-Faso leader Thomas Sankara gave a great speech in Addis Abeba in 1987. A couple of weeks after that, he was assassinated by close friends, especially the actual president Blaise Campaoré. Nothing is clear about who is at the origin of the assassination but it is clear that the Western powers and their local affiliate psychopaths were really endangered by this amazing individual.

We rarely have interesting material about Africa which is not describing the continent as primitive.

I advice you to hear Thomas for you will maybe discover an articulate, sincere, (even funny) African leader and a great soul.

Respect
