I wasn't sure where to post this... sorry if it lacks any real substance but these little thoughts really do help me quite often when things get rough...

I love reading and contemplating all the signatures, so much info to ponder in such small doses…

Here are some thoughts that get me thru the day/ favorite Quotes:

“Be true to yourself and do not fear”
Caesar

“We are a way for the Universe to get to know itself”
Carl Sagan

“Like a blank book, every day I arise for the day to write upon”
Brue Lee

"There are only two mistakes one can make along the road to truth; not going all the way, and not starting."
Buddha

“It is not necessary to become worried about any given environmental occurrence. Focus on the soul. It is the soul that matters, not the body. Do what is comfortable to make yourselves function at optimum with the least amount of time and effort, and concentrate on gaining and gathering knowledge and enhancing awareness.”
Cassiopaeans

“What is not made conscious often comes to us as fate.”
Carl Jung

“It seems, from all the studies that are done, that an elevated mood - one of happy expectation of the possibility of adventure - is the greatest protection against illness. Perhaps it is also the one that makes one "inedible" to the Matrix?”
-Laura

‘Use the present to repair the past, and prepare the future- G”

I could go on for hours…

As always my humble Thanks to everyone here and elsewhere...

hello Musashi:

thank you for posting these quotes, I like these ones, they kind of resonate with me:

Thankyou for posting these, i like the idea of printing them off and putting them in places around the house to remind me:) something I read somewhere maybe the forum I'm not sure, (and is a lot less eloquent)

" get out of your own way"
Reminds me of self importance, and also giving in to programmes

Also "the further a society drifts from truth the more it will hate those that speak it"

Some brilliant quotes here. One of my favourites is one my mother always says "A man's reach should exceed his grasp or what's a heaven for?" from Robert Browning.

This one is very nice:
“Life will break you. Nobody can protect you from that, and living alone won't either, for solitude will also break you with its yearning. You have to love. You have to feel. It is the reason you are here on earth. You are here to risk your heart. You are here to be swallowed up. And when it happens that you are broken, or betrayed, or left, or hurt, or death brushes near, let yourself sit by an apple tree and listen to the apples falling all around you in heaps, wasting their sweetness. Tell yourself you tasted as many as you could.”
Louise Erdrich

Come across this recently:

What God Hath Promised

God hath not promised
Skies always blue,
Flower-strewn pathways
All our lives through;
God hath not promised
Sun without rain,
Joy without sorrow;
Peace without pain.

But God hath promised
Strength for the day,
Rest for the labor,
Light for the way.
Grace for the trials,
Help from above,
Unfailing sympathy
Undying love......
