Tipping point

A Disturbance in the Force
Was struggling to think of a subject title but I think "tipping point" sums it up well. I hope this doesn't contain too much noise. I just feel I have to share where I am at in terms of gathering knowledge and hopefully I can begin to alleviate some of the social isolation that comes with it by starting to engage more regularly on the forum.

Im on the third book of the wave series and its been such an eye opener that I really feel I've hit a "tipping point". I flirted with this material for the past few years, dipping in and out of the forum but in the past I was quiet overwhelmed by the idea's and research that was presented.

It's only in the last couple of months after some lifestyle changes and breath work. (Im on now to EE) that I've really delved into the material and been faced with some really tough truths or at least very high probabilities of what lies ahead and the tough decisions I'm going to have to make as a result. The positive is I don't feel nearly as overwhelmed as I did before and by reading and learning more I've gotten the sense of feeling stronger with an expanding awareness of the world in which we live.

It's early days so far and i have a lot of work to do so better get back to my reading :)

Yes, the volume of topics covered here is huge and it is easy to be overwhelmed when we stand back to look at it from a distance. But when we decide to take the plunge, picking up some material that interests us and seems practically applicable to our lives, we are on our way. As they say, a journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step.
