If you have just changed your diet, that can make you tired. And meditation can really put me to sleep. Easy money always makes your life very difficult later on down the road. Just my opinion.

I'll second that comment.

The transition to the high fat/low carb diet can be a rocky one, and a lot of people reported fatigue before feeling better. Make sure you are eating enough fat too, as not eating enough leads to a general fatigue that may not be obvious what's wrong.

As to the 'easy money' (especially if its illegal), you are paying for it with karmic debt. Is the possibility of prison/a fine/criminal record years later worth it? Even if none of those happen the karmic debt would still be there.

'Temptation' also tends to show up when we are tired. When I'm tired is when many of my programs kick in (like watching TV rather than going to bed - which makes the tiredness worse).
How about taking some time out for a hot bath and get an early night and a good nights sleep? Taking care of yourself can be very important sometimes :)

I go through spates of tiredness often. And am constantly fighting off the temptation bug.. maybe thats what makes me tired. Its not the easiest road to travel but its definitely the right one for me. eating, spending, buying into, drinking, over working. So many distractions, so little time, gotta be strong, just keep plugging on. ;)

I concur with Redfox. I'm also in need of a nap daily. Well, listen to your body as well and take a nap when it is possible and eventually sleep also in a total black room, so that the transition may get as easy as possible. If you have any problems, post it in the "life without bread" topic too, so that others may could give you some hints.

And once tired, as Redfox stated as well, is very difficult to handle programs, cause the strength, in a sense, is missing to counter them or even observe them properly.

fwiw.

Yep, until recently I also had tiredness, and more so difficulty falling asleep or sleeping long enough despite tiredness, which I think is also to do with the diet transition.

Agreed. I remember RedFox mentioning a pretty long time ago how the later in the evening it gets the stronger he observed his programs to become. I needed a long time to actually see that, because I'd perceived it to be the other way around. Over time it got clear however.

So Lukas, if you just connect this observation with the temptation program in yourself, it should be a lot easier to not act on it.

No easy cash just there are opportunities and temptations for easy cash of course not legally hold the fate of crossbows

Yup temptation and aware of it helps.

These are strange times my grandmother in the hospital probably will die soon.
family of the other person is also in the hospital ...
A good friend had a car accident is also in the hospital .. serious.

sister decided to convince me the strength that smoking is bad. o_O

The most important that I keep a diet, meditation and look at reality as it is.

I just changed my diet, because of allergies. No more gluten, milk, coffe and a few more.

I was very tired and hoped to feel better soon with the new diet, but stil tired. But the strangest thing is that I notice my dreams turned weird, and many emotions seem to come up from deep within me. I somethimes feel like crying without a "real" reason. But I know that repressed emotions make a me very tired even depressed (I don't know if this is something in general).

I think it is good to listen to the body. When it says it is tired it just need some rest/sleep.
But I wonder if the body can fake, like feeling tired while it is just a program "keeping you from what you are supposed to do".
