Hello! I had this dream last night (if you read about to end) and just read the first wave today(about the comet). After thinking about posting the dream i immediately realized their might be a connection between the dream and the "Wave Chapter 1:Riding the wave."
Here's da dream!--------------------------
I found myself walking to my new job (which is new for me because i am a unemployed student right now) at the hip record shop in my town. (I was some what excited because a trap of my self image is that i am "hip" or "cool" or at least i want to be! ;D) As i walk in i realize/remember that it is not my first day but my second! And i was twenty minutes late again! I apologize to my coworker but he seems not to care(he also seems high on cannabis) i shrug it off. And notice the owner walk in. I ask him to give me a employee manual/job description so i know what is expected of me and, i apologized for being late twice in a row. At this point i go back to the counter/register and notice a group of young adults/late-mid teens females loitering out front. I ask the owner if he wanted me to "shoo" them away because their is a no loitering sign. He laughs and says that they are his friends/regulars and i should introduce myself to them. I introduce myself and seem to have a strong repore with them. We get a long jovially for a while until one of them gets on a bicycle and gets in a collision of some sort. The group seems to laugh at his misfortune until i rush over to help him. He is tangled up badly with the metal frame. Right as i remove the fork (bike lingo) from his heart/chest/neck a massive explosion erupts in the sky. This explosion seems to push the light/blue out of the sky to reveal the stars. The stars are shimmering and rippling in the sky like ripples in a pond. Each wave/ripple revealing stars not visible until "hit" by the wave/ripple. There are two or three points where these visual effects are emanating from. This event seems to have a grand cycle sort of feeling to it. That it has been clicking in motion for eons.
I go back inside and realized that i have been outside for hours because they are doing closing/cleaning tasks. I apologize to the owner who took my spot but he brushes off my apology and reassures me its okay.
I go to the back of the store and see a old fried of mine washing dishes by candle light out looking a old window revealing a night sky. I say hello and we small talk. He then tells me that the store owner is a pedophile that uses his "hip" record shop to entice/seduce young teens/girls. I ask what we should do to stop this He says we cant because of dark forces protecting him. (last night he told me about a store owner who owns black homes in a "pentagram" pattern though out the city, along with Gothic shops/bars/venues.)
