There is a possible chance for a Putin-Trump meeting in the middle of November, in Chile but nothing "official" yet. I'm keeping fingers crossed. So much depends on them working together ... and with China.

There is also a strong possibility of Xi and Trump signing an agreement on trade during the Chile Summit. Chinese representatives are in Washington now, working out details on various Agreements. It would be weeks - before anything is finalized but the high level Summit meeting in Chile would present an ideal opportunity to sign some Agreements.

Trump got rid of Bolton but unfortunately, Pompeo has only doubled up on his efforts to create chaos and divisions. Pompeo is a major headache where Foreign Policy is concerned! Case in point ...
