Two dreams - draining energy

I had them last year, but I still remember them very clearly.

Dream one:
I was lying on my bed and it was late in the evening. From somewhere I heard the radio and it was interview with some guy with a very deep voice. Weird thing was that he was swearing, using really bad language and I thought, okeeey why they allow him to talk like that on the radio? Next question for him was ''Do you believe in Jesus?'', and his reaction was ''In Jesus?!?! HAHAHAHA! Who still believes in Jesus?!? I don't!''. Suddenly I felt something/someone really bad/evil was in my room and a chair in front of me started to spin faster and faster, like someone invisible was sitting on it and I got scared. I closed my eyes and started saying in myself ''Go away! Go away!'', and then I woke up. I felt like someone beat me up, couldn't even turn on the other side, just fell asleep again.

Dream two:
I was standing in front of my house, dream was in black and white and I heard a song by Van Morrison from somewhere (3-4 years ago I was listening him all the time). And then I saw a tall blonde woman (I guess she was blonde because it was all in b&w) standing in front of the garage. Her hair was in a ponytail and probably had leather coat. She started to walk toward me and I suddenly found myself on the ground, I couldn't move. She was coming closer and closer and I start yelling to let me go and leave me alone but she acted like she didn't hear me. She kneeled down, her face was in front of mine and was coming closer and then I woke up. I felt the same like in the previous dream.

Thank you for reading. What do you think about this?
One friend of mine thinks it could be Lizzies paid me a visit.

It's impossible to say for sure. For another possibility, check these threads on diet and the connection to sleep paralysis and other sleep disturbances:

Thank you for the links! I read all three threads.
I remember having only two paralysis. I was awake but I couldn't move or open my eyes and I felt like there was someone/something in the room. Mostly I sleep well, don't have nightmares or dreams about creatures coming out of me or creature sitting on my chest. And diet... I avoid dairy, cereals, refined oil, sugar, coffee. Gluten is the biggest problem, I eat bread. At the moment I don't have a job and my parents don't have money to buy some extra stuff like buckwheat flour and xanthan gum.
I'm trying to practice EE as often as I can and I started over a year ago.

There was also one dream about Jesus, he was kissing me and holding me in his arms, sea was around us, but strange thing was that I really felt there was something in my mouth while he was kissing me. When I woke up I felt really good, calm and somehow blessed. Later I was reading Karla Turner book Masquerade of Angels and when I got to the page 247 I was horrifed. There was described almost the same dream.
The last thing he remembered was Jesus kissing him, and when the vision was over, Al felt very moved and blessed by the event. When Barbara helped him mentally return to that scene, however, Al described more details, and as the event grew clearer in his mind, he suddenly began to shake. The spasms increased, until at one point Al was jerking violently as the intense emotions surfaced. Barbara worked to calm him, and when he was able to continue, the vision he had recalled faded away and he saw something quite different. Instead of Jesus, the image transformed into a grotesque reptilian creature, forcing itself sexually upon the terrified man. He was so appalled and disturbed that Barbara brought the session to an end as soon as he had released enough emotion to regain his composure."
And I also found that Laura asked C's about that book and Barbara Bartholic in session 28 August 1999
Q: There is not a whole lot I can do about that! I have here Carla Turner's "Masquerade of Angels," the story of Ted Rice and all his experiences. Is the methodology used by Barbara Bartholic in stripping away screen memories a valid method, or is it possible that she creates memories that do not exist by her approach?

A: Both.

Q: This idea that came out with Ted Rice was perfectly horrible. He said he remembered his grandmother being raped by a Reptoid that pretended to be her dead husband, and that basically, the reptoids killed his grandmother. He came to see all of his psychic experiences and everything that happened to him as instituted and controlled by the Lizards. Is that, in fact, the case? Or, did he also have some good guys working with him?

A: Latter.

Q: Did he, essentially, throw the baby out with the bathwater because of his work with Bartholic?

A: Close.

Q: Well, there does not seem to be a lot of discernment and discrimination in that crowd. Everything is either black or white.
So it could be possible that Barbara created that memory of a grotesque reptilian creature. After I read that I don't know what to think about it.

The main point I wanted to make is that all manner of disturbances - they differ in form - are linked to the same thing: Diet.

Maybe for a "mundane" reason - things like gluten messing with our heads - and/or for a different reason: When we are messed up by things like gluten, perhaps that creates vulnerability. Maybe being strong and healthy in a genuine sense is a good defense?

Regarding the specifics you mention, "extra stuff like buckwheat flour and xanthan gum", no one up-to-date with the forum's experimental and evolving diet eats that anyway. The massive Life Without Bread thread contains the gradual progression of understanding and discussion of the material and experiences it is based on.

In short, the end-goal is to basically live on meat and fat, following a gradual transition. (Here it is important to know the basis and the means of the process.) But a first step is to cut gluten (and the other stuff you mention avoiding) full stop once and forever. Rather than buckwheat and such - which (along with all grains and similar things) is not actually that healthy, though certainly better than wheat - just plain meat, animal fat and vegetables might make for a good transition. No need for any "exotic" stuff.

In short, if you can, just replacing bread with meat and vegetables might work. If you keep reading, you can then gradually go further, acquaint yourself with lard and other animal fat as you replace vegetables and other sources of carbohydrates with increasing fat.

There's never certainty in these matters - that's part of the picture. Perhaps a clue could be in the reactions to the memories as described - I think intense emotional suffering surfacing might indicate that there's something true in what's being revealed, because a false memory in itself would probably not be accompanied, while appearing in the mind, by intense agony - it would not be a case of suppressed trauma.

That said, any memories "retrieved" in such a way may not be exact - they might be approximate or even somewhat symbolic reconstructions, and/or altered, after-the-fact, by the mind. Though still, likely - in the case of an intense reaction accompanying them - being based in something true that really happened.

Or so I think.

Yes, I'm aware of the diet and yesterday I add Life Without Bread and Ketogenic diet threads to my bookmarks so I'm going to read them these days for better understanding and I'll try to be up-to-date on these threads.
We cook on lard, but sometimes I found myself to be on eggs (and tomatoes these days) and lard for the whole day if I don't like what is for lunch.
Grandma and I have a plan to buy grass-fed pork soon, around 100 kg. I should earn some money in a few weeks and I think that will be a good investment.
Thank you for explanation and guidelines. Homework is waiting :)

Sounds great - especially with uncertain times ahead. Maybe you've already seen the discussion of food preservation in the Preparedness thread, but if not, maybe it could be of use.

I haven't seen Preparedness thread. Thanks for the link! This one is also going to my bookmarks.
