Two Subjects, One Voice

I didn't know how to discribe what happened this morning in my title. And it is also perhaps insignificant.

But it was my normal wakeup time. So I was taking my snooze break (even though I don't have an alarm clock, I get up every morning at nearly the same time...7am and I 'snooze' until 7:15am. (Thanks to a spectacular internal clock even in a dark room).

It is normal for me to have strange, vivid and even intense dreams. But to have a voice as I'm awakening at my normal time is pretty odd.

This male voice seemed like he was in the middle of a conversation. He said "and get rid of nuclear power plants, and prison salt mines."

So I had a few minutes before work, and I looked up the term Prison Salt Mines, and I have heard of them in studies in the past, but how do they relate?

I have no idea. If anyone has any clues let me know. It is probably nothing. But to hear it and remember it upon awakening, was pretty freaky to me.

This could be a case of sleep paralysis. Sleep paralysis is accompanied with paralysis, and you might hear things or see people who are not there.

A: Sleep paralysis is caused by a timing delay between our brain and body. It leads to an awareness of being awake, yet is accompanied by a frightening inability to move our arms or legs, utter a single word or cry out for help. It may be accompanied by unexplained sights and sounds, or even a feeling that someone else is in the room. Needless to say, it is a frightening condition that gets one’s attention

It usually involves just paralysis, but considering that it is a waking and dreaming state blended together, voices and hallucinations could come through.
