UFO appears near a missile in Tyumen, Russia

Love all the different angles. These days, many people are carrying devices that can record video with them at all times, so multiple witness verification becomes more believable. If launching missiles often provokes this kind of activity, then let's launch more so we can study the objects that accompany them! (Not being serious, and not to shoot the missiles at anything that would do damage of course) :P
