Thanks to Jmhz71, who has an amazing collection of UFO vids.

Yeah, interesting ed. Seems like it would be difficult to fake a video like that.

And interesting that it coincided with the earthquake. John Keel wrote about high strangeness preluding some geologic and meteorological events in the past. Probably not a coincidence. Have you ever read "Operation Trojan Horse"? Or "Our Haunted Planet"?

Someone posted the following image on sott, explaining that it could be a balloon:

Damage control? Is it a true UFO? That looks and flies pretty weird for a balloon! I don't know.

The object looks very real to me.

I have a couple I looked up on youtube the other day, and most of them look very real, and some of them very shocking.

PS: Ignore the Dubstep and the x-files music

the most impressing one to me is the one on minute 2:40

Well the problem I have with any youtube video nowadays, is simply that you can not rely on "it is looking very real" anymore...
The fakery nowadays is so advanced that almost everything can be created that looks "very real".

So unless you know the person who shot the video or you have other data besides the video material that can shed more light on it, I would always be very careful to only rely on videos.

Official documents and tangible data that is traceable, is far more interesting and important then just some videos out there which hardly can proof or tell us anything anymore, on their own.

Agreed, that's how I look at these things now. It's just a shame that so many who are interested in this type of material don't tend to bother with connecting the dots in any meaningful way. Too many prefer to settle for "razzmatazz." :(

Thank you Pashalis, you are right. We have to keep in mind that videos like these, although seemingly real, are a dime a dozen. Hard, empirical evidence is far more compelling, but in most cases, the "soft sightings" are all we have to go on.

Dolan, Jessup, Vallee, Keel, and others of their ilk, have done a wonderful job with compiling data that presents a startling reality: that these things exist, though maybe on a more para-physical level. Jessup theorized that UFO's must originate from the Moon since lengthy space travel seems illogical. Keel posited that these beings are and have been a part of this planet's nature since the beginning, and the C's have said the same.

I would agree that there are many hoaxes out there, but many of them are not. The evidence is just too overwhelming for everything to be faked. So, I watch with a discerning eye, knowing that some videos could be hoaxes, or as Keel says, "Teenagers with balloons", all the while keeping in mind that there must be some Truth to this phenomenon.
