UFO caught on TV channel

Viewers of Channel 4 News pointed out that a potential UFO was seen behind MP Tom Watson's head during an interview. It can be clearly seen how it descends with high speed which is impossible for airplanes, and airplanes aren't allowed to fly so low.

I'd vote for 'bird', fairly close to the camera. The way it moves/glides down looks more like bird flight.
