I'm not sure if this is a relevant enough question to pursue, but I'll pose it in case others agree.
In the Ra Material (http://www.lawofone.info/results.php?q=mexico), Ra responds to Don's question regarding a weaponized UFO manufacturing base run by the USA in a desert region of Mexico.
I would like to know if this information from Ra is accurate, and if so what is the current status of the base? Is it currently manufacturing anything? If this base is currently active does its role coincide with the recent rumours about ISIS/ISIL cells being formed in Northern Mexico as a base of operations against the SW USA?
How closely tied are these two previously factors tied into the Jade Helm exercises?
I'm also wondering about the location of this potential base.
I was able to find a possible area that looks promising on Google Earth.
Just SE of the intersection of N.26.41.12.48 & W.103.44.54.24 is a very large, unusual cubic looking building with an opening in the roof. This doesn't look like anything I've seen as a ranching building in rural Mexico. Also less than 1 km directly north of this building is what looks like a 1 Km long runway in the middle of the desert. At the base of this runway, the letters/numbers "IEM 20" have been carved into the ground.
This particular area is referred to as the "Zone of Silence", a reputed magnetically anomalous area where radio signals go silent (_http://www.strangemag.com/zoneofsilence.html).
Also much like the reputed Archuleta Mesa/Dulce base the area above is a protected wilderness area and also converges on 3 different state borders (Coahuila/Chihuahua/Durango) ostensibly to confuse or challenge any local law enforcement from effectively investigating another jurisdiction. There is also a large volcanic (magnetic?) intrusion about 10 KM south and what may be an impact crater just south of that.
