UFO or Zeppelin in France, and strange markings on the moon

Today I stumbled upon two curious videos.

First, is this one that was taken near Paris in September. People say that it is possibly a zeppelin, but the shape still doesn't fit a bit, so just wanted to make sure.

And there is the following video that was shared on the Russian social network. It doesn't have the embed option to share it here, but here's the link. In the video you can see some strange "smudges" on the moon. The moon itself in the video is kind of strange, but maybe it is due to the filming or atmosphere distortion? Not sure. Thoughts?

The second video is really strange. The 'smudge' on the right moves downwards and to the left on the Moon's face. I wish the video was longer to see what happened next.

Well, the second video may have been something like a helicopter in the distance. I don't think it was on the surface of the Moon, as that would have to be a huge object then that nobody else noticed.
