A Disturbance in the Force
I simply want to share some "experience” :
During summer, 1975, while discussing with some friends, sat on the beach, we saw an enormous orange / red ball coming out of the sea and rising to an extraordinary speed and disappearing. We were all aged 15/16.
Two years later, not being able to sleep, I was at my window and I saw at a distance of around 100 m, an enormous white light with the shape of a cigar; it remained static during more than 10 minutes before leaving at first slowly then to a lightning speed before disappearing. My mother was also at her window (what I did not know) and also saw it. The farther of my best friend at that time was a gendarme (police), when I told him what I had seen, he said to me: " Do not speak about these things and don’t tell it to anybody ". Hum !!! I guess they had lots of files about these things even at that time ....
Since then, I regularly saw UFOS but talking about these phenomena to people is difficult because it is very badly perceived. Most of people do not believe in it, I think they are frightened because of their religious beliefs.
I wanted just to say that these phenomena are not rare ...
I specify that I live in the southeast of France.
:cool2:

There is a region in southeast France that is said to have experienced many UFO sightings. It is called "la vallée des merveilles". Some people reported other paranormal phenomena around those areas as well.

Quite right. And cryptozoological phenomena as well...think 'The Beast of Gevaudan'

I heard of some strange phenomena people experienced in those locations (yes, people tell me about high strangeness experiences, I don't know why), and it is interesting that the vallée des merveilles is known for its electric phenomena: _http://www.q-mag.org/mount-bego-an-electrical-mountain.html
There could be a connection. The most phenomenal electric storm I ever witnessed was close Caussols. Electric engineers have trouble protecting electric installations because as one told me once, lightning does whatever it wants, even entering through the door, completely ignoring lightning rods.

Yeah, thanks for the link. In reading that, the region appears to be a possible vortex for electrical energies. That type of activity then could create temporary interdiminsional 'windows', which might explain the paranormal phenomena experienced/witnessed there for millinea. The C's have spoke of this. It looks like there were even some petroglyphs referencing cometary activity. Hmm...

I too feel like a sounding board for all things weird and paranormal, even from seeming strangers. I realize this aside was meant with humor, or at least with a jovial nature, but I think when an individual is working on himself and is open and honest, therefore becoming more tolerant of others, people give notice and tend to gravitate, whether they are aware themselves or not. OSIT.

It was meant that way indeed. However, one should be aware that being a center of gravity for any kind of social interactions can induce unhealthy energy exchanges. Being strategically clueless can help in certain situations ;)

Good advice, thank you. I have tried this a couple times in the recent past with good results. I think hearing it from you will help reiterate and instill the importance of being 'strategically clueless' when appropriate and that I am on the right track.
