I just noticed this article:

Nuclear carrier gets OK

Just thought it's a long way to come for a "courtesy visit", considering it carries a crew of about 3 200, with another 2 480 members of the air wing, plus 85 aircraft. Maybe on route somewhere...
 
I noticed that as well - and what, exactly, is a 'courtesy visit' with a nuclear carrier?  I'd say, "no - thanks for your 'courteous' offer, but I'd really rather not have your death ship docking here...".  Seems there are global games going on - all the battleships being positioned in interesting places.  Russia in the Caribbean, the US - well - the US literally everywhere.  Oh, joy...
 
Yes.  Yes, I can.  Why do I now see the silhouette of a woman, in a tight short dress, holding a gun while the music continues?
