Looks like someone is really pushing this big motherships-hovering-over large urban centers and catastrophes agenda.
Tigersoap, you're right I also think some major world shaking event is just around corner.

I've heard about this coming show to ABC and saw the clip you posted recently. I always thought the idea behind V the miniseries was pretty interesting, since it depicts the aliens masquerading as good guys when in the end they are really evil terrible beings attempting to use humans for food. It may well be someone's agenda but it seems pretty close to the truth - at least in a metaphorical sense. It will be interesting to see how the new version shakes out, and if it is just another form of thought control.

This looks like ID4 scenario, but in more "original" form...

I think C's have said somewhere that ID4 is inspired by STO&STS guys...

As Pinkerton wrote, one way or another, we will see one version of where the wind is blowing, or at least, where they wish is blowing...

To me this could be both, I mean, It could show "similar" version of alien contact that might happen this or next year, and they could also show
"resistance" that might not be fruitful for "truth seekers" since they are fighting against windmills eye4eye - tooth4tooth, and at the end everybody is blindly
looking for a dentist...

Maybe the ironic part in this version is that the truth is looked for a priest... from one lie to another, but it ends up in a lizard stomach
