vancouver island earthquake

Hi there. Just a a few questions about anyone who is familiar with earthquakes

I noticed speaking to a few people in Vancouver that, even though the people I talked with were standing right by one another, some could feel strong shaking, while others felt nothing, which makes no sense to me, since if the floor is shaking, everyone should feel the same thing.

Also, there was a strange claim by someone I know who said she felt the earthquake at 5pm, while it happened around noon, so the time discrepency seems too far for it to just be misreading a watch.
Again, she felt very strong movement, while a friend a few feet away felt nothing...

Anyone else from B.C. have similar stories?

Could it be that we are starting to experience fourth density reality?
