Jim Willie has also commented on the Tropos affair that I highlighted to you last week. Here is his commentary on this subject:

◄$$$ CONSIDER THE TROPOS THEFT OF A CHINESE FORTUNE COOKIE FROMTAIWAN. THE USFED OPERATES WITH IMPUNITY IN GRAND LARCENY WITH PROTECTIVE COVER PROVIDED BY THE BANK FOR INTERNATIONAL SETTLEMENTS. THE USFED ANSWERS TO NOBODY AND STEAL WITH TARGETED VICTIMS, BUT ONLY FROM WORTHWHILE VERY LARGE TRANSACTIONS. A CASE IN POINT THAT REVEALS DEEP CRIMES BY THE USFED, AS PART OF THE FASCIST BUSINESS MODEL. $$$

Behind the curtain in the marbled world of high finance, fraud, deceit and government sanctioned criminal theft is common. Consider a recent $700 billion stolen in a single stroke, from a passive swipe. The license to steal comes by virtue of the fact that the funds in question are US$-based. Therefore, they must pass through the USFed system. At that juncture, at that filtered pit stop, it is stolen. Imagine a monopoly on a highway where at the tollgate the cars are robbed clean during examination of the currency in wallets and purses, but only the biggest cars since they hold the most money by the passengers. The Tropos Capital Corp of America is a Canadian based firm. In November 2004, an account transfer was facilitated by the Bank of Taiwan. The Automated Customer Account Transfer Service (ACATS) usually is a routine exercise. For this large transfer of $700 billion, the funds entered the US Federal Reserve but they never arrived at their proper destination, a Wells Fargo account #84113424. They were confiscated and stolen. The Bank For Intl Settlements denied any capability to assist in any resolution, and the office of the US Presidency was mum. Letters were exchanged again in November 2010. Appeals by Lerners LLP, a Toronto law firm, have fallen on deaf ears. The matter remains an open issue to this day. See the Scribd webpage, complete with letters to various parties in va in (CLICK HERE). A Chinese document provides other details on the transaction that never was completed (CLICKHERE).

A letter was sent on November 22, 2010 from Robert Hryniak of Tropos to Diego Devos and Liam Flynn, general counsel at the BIS in Basel Switzerland, by both email and standard mail.

In its conclusion, Hryniak wrote "Your failure to act, to inform and to invoke the relevant policing authority is an appalling abdication of your institution's Reason for Being. Why have you not contacted Interpol or the Swiss authorities about this apparent international financial crime, which includes mail and wire fraud? It would seem that the assurance of the fidelity and credibility of the international financial system would be the primary interest of the BIS, but this is apparently not true. Your letter and stark admission of impotence have elevated international level of financial risk for all parties immensely and exacerbated the existing crises in global banking stability." This is work of the US crime syndicate, basic grand theft in plain view.

Harvey Organ provided a summary of the Tropos controversial situation, which is highly charged but surprisingly has not generating much publicity. He wrote, "Tropos, an American company. The elders who reside in Taiwan had accumulated great private wealth over the past several decades and collectively they decided that this money, denominated in USA dollars ($700 billion), was to have the Chinese people as the beneficial owners. Also there was great progress in starting the unification of Taiwan with Mainland China. The elders decided to send the money through a trustee Mr Hryniak, to Tropos at the account at Wachovia. Many large sums of money of this sort must travel through an ACAT which is an electronic transfer of funds. The BIS, as central bank to all central banks, provides the Clearing Payment & Settlement Systems that assists in the clearing of the funds as the sole Transfer Trustee. In this case, it seems that the US Federal Reserve kept the funds for themselvesand called upon its ally at the BIS to state that the BIS function is not clearing but only of supervision. There have been many lawyers on both sides of the border that have seen and verified that the ACAT was true and real. The BIS and the Federal Reserve have had their lawyers call the Tropos lawyers, but the Fed and BIS lawyers refuse to put in print what they discussed on the phone. You will see in one of the correspondence, a file number has been instituted by the American authorities. The November 2nd letter to the BIS official, Corunna, is very interesting. The letter to Obama in June 2010 describes in detail, the ACAT from Taiwan to New York and how the proceeds have been kept for their own use instead of the beneficiary's. The above letters were widely distributed to members of the G-20 during their last meeting. Originally, Mainland China at various times accused Taiwan and the trustee with malfeasance but have now realized that it was the US Federal Reserve who has absconded with the money. Here are the letters sent to the various parties. From the body of the letters you can deduce that the other side did engage in various conversations. You can imagine what China would do if they found out what that the United States did something with their money. Maybe buy up all of the gold and silver at the COMEX?" So the USFed, a crime syndicate nexus, has found a way to alleviate its grotesque insolvency, by direct theft.

end.

Recently, the USA received a letter from Tropos demanding judgment under the Universal Postal Union against the Fed. It is a very important document in the process of the Tropos claim.

Previously, Tropos was told that the Fed system needed 24 months to "digest" the request for money. When this failed, many methods were initiated trying to release the funds.

1.A notice by direct inquiry.

2.Requesting a Presidential review

3.Notice to the Office of the Comptroller

When all of these failed, they were noted in default along with the Bureau of Public Debt and the OCC.

Now a demand has been initiated under the UPU. A failure to respond is a serious breach of obligations under international law. it is interesting that the USA does not respond. They could have countersued saying the claim is bogus.

But they do not!!

Why are postal rules important? Simple!! if any untruthful representations sent by mail constitute mail fraud. It also crosses many borders. Each claim is subject to a fine of 1 million dollars and a prison term of 30 years.

This is very scary!!

The current demand for judgment if the UPU confirms the above, establishes the insolvency of the USA . If the UPU does not do what it is suppose to do then nations will simply repudiate all of the USA debt.

I find it fascinating that the USA has not countered stating that these claims are nonsense. They have decided to stay mute.

Here is the letter to the UPU from Tropos:

UPU Demand for Judgment December 9 2010

I'm not suggesting a sott article here without a lot more due diligence - but very interesting and possibly suggestive of high criminality in the Fed and brutal international financial warfare.

The Tropos Affair is curious, for the purpose of speculation, let us assume it is true. A Taiwanese group tranfers 700bnUSD to the Peoples Republic of China. The USD vanishes in the digital transfer. A number of questions arise....Who are the Taiwanese elders? Why are they remitting an enormous sum of USD to the PRC? What do they get in return? Are the Taiwan chinese paying to return home from a 60 year exile? Why was the USD transfer vanished?

The USD payment system, stock, bond, currency, and commodities markets are a matter of USA national security by the Patriot Act. The Asians have been buying Euro denominated soveriegn debt and all future offers to sell gold for several weeks and in volume. Gold is the nuclear weapon of currency war. It is my studied opinion that currency war is coming out of the shadows. The time line of the USD is running out. The Tropos Affair can be seen as an "act of currency war".

Wen Jiabao just sealed a 35bnUSD friendship pact with Pakistan according to the Financial Times(12.20.10) The USD could be firepower in the bloody conflict on the Afgan-Pakistan border. The Koreas are embroiled in an escalating conflict.

The Herald Tribune(12.20.10), owned by the New York Times printed an oped titled "Turn in your Bin Ladens". The article advocates a "cashless battlefield". The entire world is a battlefield in the bogus war on terror. The Anglo-American masters experience the ancient anxiety of slave revolt, no? Plastic is coming from the masters.

FWIW...I do not know if the clash of empires is controlled from above; so this is a caveat when examining the curious Tropos Affair. I do know we are at the end of the USD. The collapse of the integrity of the USD digital transfer system will provoke a worldwide crisis. The elites use crisis to effect change. They will make the world an offer of total subjugation for a return of order. It appears 2011 will be a decisive year in fate of mankind, triggered by total currency war.

Thanks for the analysis go2 - very much appreciated.

Do you see a collapse of (confidence in) the dollar as reserve currency, and if so, how will this affect the military's ability to get oil/fuel? The sources I see are appropriation of US domestic production, Iraq oil, and some Saudi deal (considering their puppet state status).

BTW, thanks again for pointing me to FOFOA. I'm also well into Trail Guide's archive. This has changed my entire view at the top level and provided the proper canvas on which to view what has and is happening!

The Central Banks and Treasuries around the world have been preparing for a transition away from using USD denominated debt as their monetary reserve asset. The USA has abused the imperial privilage of seigniorage and the world is suffering having their goods and services paid for with the USA's major export, pieces of paper. So, yes I do see a controlled devaluation of the USD, until we see an uncontrolled devaluation of the USD.

BIS published a paper in 2004 indicating the Central Banks of the world were embarking on a approximately fifteen percent annual devaluation of the USD against gold, until the world monetary system regained balance. The 2008 banking system insolvency may have complicated the gradual decline. I noticed fofoa today spoke of the sudden devaluation time line being extended to 2013, excepting the event of an unforeseen crisis. The timing of such an event is impossible, but we can say it is inevitable, by the merciless laws of the maths.

I think the US military will continue its long retreat from empire, which began with the American defeat in Viet Nam. Remember, the US treasury has 8000 metric tons of gold. That will buy oil when oil bids for gold. USD price of gold is likely to suffer a one time revaluation to to a very high level, as oil producers demand settlement of account balances in gold, as the Saudis are reported to have been doing indirectly since 1980. The US military is overrated by the most, it is tolerated by other nations to relieve themselves of the cost of blood and treasure to police third rate powers. When we hear the phrase, theater of war, they are not speaking metaphorically. Think about how it took the US military five years of death squad operation to subdue Iraq. Try that against a large modern nation and find out how much blood and treasure it will cost. I feel some hope that the collapse of the USD will make war a very expensive proposition for any country which has to pay for the cost of war with real money or goods. The USA has paid for war by printing pieces of paper that have cost them nothing. The currency wars are the world bringing down the empire without a shooting war. My greatest concern is that the USA will bring the wars home, when they can't afford war overseas.

LQB, I am glad you find FOFOA useful. His method of reasoning without the usual jargon is as useful for me as the Freegold thesis. Freegold is not a idea which fits into the paradigms of MSM and academia. It takes a complete revision of our understanding of money, economics, politics, and history to understand the concept Freegold which appears on the horizon for mankind. It is a fascinating study of the workings of brilliant minds who have experience with power in the world. I noticed that another noted many in his circles disapproved of his making the secrets of money and gold known to the world. I think there are a number of benevolent Platonists with real power and patience quietly spreading knowledge. The internet makes much truth available to those who make an effort to search and study. Later, my friend.

Yes, as FOA points out so well. Its the uncontrolled part that raises the hair on my neck.

Guaranteed indeed - just the path being uncertain. It seems to me that even the heights of the financial world must rely to some extent on the Rule of Law. This seems to be eroding at all levels leading to chaotic results and maybe the worst of possible conclusions.

I hope so too and the sooner the better for the rest of the world. And yes, I expect we'll have the civil version here - maybe a little Karma coming home. My concerns are maybe better expressed in this portion of an e-mail I wrote in response to a discussion among friends that are aware of what is coming:

The importance of the above [discussion of fiats/gold/silver/ETFs/comex/LBMA - LQB] is really eclipsed by the growth of Pathocracy in the form of ugly Fascism in the US, Europe, and elsewhere. Under this Fascism/Pathocracy there is no rule of law and the "State" is free to take anything it wants from your children (to war) to your property and possessions. The rise of this Fascism is coincident with the collapse of the fiats (as planned). The "Iron Fist" is coming, and keeping your eyes open and helping the folks around you is going to be far more important than spending too much time trying to protect your wealth or making a profit (I'm saying this to myself more than anything else). Even though a moderate amount of gold is likely to make you wealthy post "re-set", the problem will be getting there alive and intact. So I'm suggesting that the emphasis be on preparation for the coming times in a fascist environment, improving on your powers of objective observation, come to spiritual terms with your existence, and put yourself in a position to be able to help as opposed to needing help. We can all help each other if we become aware and accepting of what is comin'. "Accepting" does not mean welcoming - it means seeing reality for what it is - resistance there will be. Work and cooperation at the local level will be extremely important. John Lennon said "Once they’ve got you violent, then they know how to handle you". In other words, they (PTB/Elite) do not know how to deal with human empathy, compassion, and conscience - because they have none (that is the source of our strength). And they are doing their best to incite violence in the masses, and when this happens, expect to see the first major appearance of the "Iron Fist".

The PTB/Elite/Banksters or whatever you want to call them, are not a national entity. They comprise a one-world "government" consisting of puppet governments around the world that claim to represent the people of various nationalities. This One-World conspiracy theory is no theory - it is a fact that has been evident for a long time, hiding behind wars, "national interests", perverted educational systems, news media, and all manner of disinformation channels. When the lipstick comes off the pig (as it is now) the challenge will be to see the pig for what it is - a force intent on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual human slavery - not to mention destruction on the largest of scales.
And I think that blood and destruction will be coming home. I also think that the US has been a planned "sacrifice" for a very long time.
