Regarding the "flying witch" there was a video posted on youtube,

showing a human in a hovering device, which remebered me of the Flying Platform of Viktor Grebennikov I was stumbling over a few years ago in the internet. The youtube comments do not describe what is shown, and 99% of the comments are nonsensical. Maybe the video is real, because of Grebennikov:
On the mentioned sites, Grebennikov's title of "research" is also described as:
If Grebennikov did indeed fly with his platorm, and the core of the story is true, there is surely a large amount of disinformation. If the quoted sites are known disinfo slingshots and this topic belongs to New Age COINTELPRO I also do not know. The presentation of the information is somewhat inconsistent which reminds me of the sacred geometry disinfo of Dan Winter.
But anyhow, there is this youtube video and the picture above.
I consider it as possible.

Edit: Since I watched the youtube video above without sound, I did not hear that the hovering device is powered by an ordinary small jet engine. Nevertheless, it reminded me of Grebennikov.
