Virus on pages

Just wanted to let y`all know that I just sent the link below to a face book group ( like 5 minutes ago) and was told that it contains a virus and was shut down by Norton.
I have Norton and it was fine for me, no warnings what`s so ever, but maybe some one should check it out just in case there is a virus on the link?
I suspect that there isn`t and someone just wanted the page removed because it wasn`t agreeing with their argument, but better safe they sorry, right?

No, there isn't any "virus" attached to the page.

I did try it myself to post it in a FB group but it worked just fine without any complains. Don't know if it helps, but did you run a virus check on your computer and it sounds like it was more the program you are running that complained and the link was listed by norton as non secure site, for whatever reason?

Sounds to me like a malware program somewhere on your computer that pretends to be an anti-malware program.

No, my computer didn`t pick up anything either, which is why I suspected there was no virus.
It was one of the folks from the FB group who claimed a warning came up for them and posted not to open the page
for that reason. I did a full scan and I`m ok and so was the link in question.
It must be that the person complaining didn`t want the others to read the page..or at least that`s how it appeared to me.

Okay, thanks for clarifying and what you wrote above is fitting then, that either the person has computer problems or didn't like what he or she read.
