This seems to not be getting any attention. In an effort to bring some sanction suffering to the Russian little people, the west cuts off their credit cards. Take that, Putin!

After reading this article my eye drifted over to the right side of the page and noticed this little picture of the Miss Russia 2014 winner. It appears that she has won a great big American Express credit card. AmEx hasn't joined the sanctions yet, but the symbolism was ironic.
