Visualizations of ice-age flooding and erosion

This is a pretty good documentary about the history of glaciation of North America. There's a discussion of the relationship between increased glaciation and expanded coastlines. The amount of water/ice involved was staggering to consider:

Weight of ice over North America: 68,000 trillion TONS (enough to warp the geological plate)
Volume of that melted ice: equivalent to New York state 600 feet deep
