Vote to Impeach Bush and Cheney

The Reuters News agency which can be accessed at:

In the political section they are reporting that a 16-9 vote was taken by Vermont Senators to begin impeachment proceedings againts Bush and Cheney over their handeling of the Iraq war. However, the vote is symbolic, but is expected to have severe political implications for the current administartion. I like many others want this nightmare to end and am aksing myself why is this vite only symbolic and what would it require to make it an actual vote?

Unfortunately, voting Bush out (assuming the votes are not sabotaged or manipulated) would not end this nightmare. You kick one psychopath out, another one with a more convincing mask of sanity walks straight in. People need a deep understanding of psychopathy and ponerology, otherwise it's one step forwards, two steps back.
