Waking up

Since I was a child, always have lucid dreams, but in last months I have OBEs, and learn to control the ambient in my lucid dreams and I start to provoque OBE. My first OBE was four months ago, and was unwanted for me and uncontroled, was spontaneus and very traumatic for me...I hear an big explosion sound, and wake up, then sleep for few minutes and "wake up" in a room with a lot of mirror, an when saw me in the mirror, its wasn´t me!!!, was tall, more than 2 mts, green and brown, humanoid...but when I move, he move..like my reflection, it was very frightened. Then I search in internet, and found a lot of data, and this great forum. but few days ago, I took courage and contact Laura amd she say me the obvious: "Start in the forum", so here I am for share and learn.

What make you think you experienced and an OBE instead of a lucid dream ?

I don't know, a lot of thinks, some lucid dreams are premonitions of me, family or bigger, other are messages with unknown recipient, and other are experiences to learn .This kind of experience are normal for me, and always make me think that we are connected to the universe, but the OBE experience show me a diferent level of conscience, like maturation, evolucion...with the challenge to go beyond of my and my little and safer world, and the desire to wake up to the other human beings, and go with other who are wake up and ready to help. May be that sounds like cliche and tipical, but is what make me do and think for learn and mature.

It often take a shock to awake some one, this dream sure did it for you because you went on the net and find this forum. So if I were you, I would take it as a positive "intervention" even if it was frightening. First thing is to acquire knowledge as knowledge protect, something that you will yourself realize soon upon reading the wave.
