Weather Created by Consciousness

I've read and have wondered that weather can be created by our thoughts, mass conscientiousness. Just how exactly does this happen?
Considering the Blizzard...what must we be thinking?

That would be too simple.
It relates partly to collective consciousness and mostly on a lot of influences.
Weather is way more than mere thoughts from 3D humans AFAIK

It's not that the weather is created by mass consciousness; the idea is that weather/climate is a reflection of the general state humanity (and all life in the biosphere) finds itself in.

Human consciousness is maybe a factor but I find it arrogant to presume it would be the deciding factor for things such as weather phenomena...

Thank you everyone for your thoughts and for the links. I still have some reservations about it all, but am open minded and curious. I do think 4D does have some connection to it all.

This seems to me akin to saying human activity, eg smoking, etc - affects levels of CO2 causing Global Warming. But the facts are clear : that weather is CYCLIC and has nothing to do with humans whatsoever, except perhaps extremely locally. Any good astrophysicist could put you right on this one

The human experiences seems also to be cyclic. Laura has explained that very well in her books. As all can be considered 'inter-connected', the whole humanity could have an effect in respect to the wheater. But we, has a group, are surely not the only component.

Forgive my silly question. In reference to 'creating one's own reality' is it possible that we can witness the weather changes etc all around us and read about them even in close proximity but not be physically affected by it. Kind of like the strangeness of all homes being annihilated by a freak tornado and one house left standing almost untouched.

The reason I ask is that so many times the weather around where I live has caused some devastation (e.g. flash floods, wind damage, fires VERY near by etc) and yet my immediate vicinity is ok. As grateful as I am, I find it odd. :/

I would think myself very lucky. Perhaps paying attention to the signs and having a think about whether that area is safe to contine to live in would be prudent?

Well, stellar, that is the $64,000 question!

FWIW, we took a direct hit from extreme winds last August, so any 'exemptions', assuming the universe dispenses such, are apparently not without limits.
