Okay, I'm new, like brand new, and, ever since I began reading the Cassiopaean wave series(which I stumbled upon by chance), weird things have been happening.

First, for the first three days after beginning to read the series, I got at least 3, except on the last day when I only got 1, nosebleeds, each one on almost the same time of day each day. The schedule went something like this.

day 1
morning
-woke up to a nosebleed
around 3 pm
-had another nosebleed I thought it had ended, but about 10 minutes later, it started again
around 8-9pm
-after shower, had another nosebleed

day 2
morning
-woke up, had another nosebleed soon after
around 3 pm
-once again, got another nosebleed
around 8-9 pm
-had a nosebleed, during shower

day 3
-woke up, had another nosebleed, this was the only one I had that day

Okay, now, I get nosebleeds from time to time, but I've never gotten that many in such a short amount of time.

And that's not all, on the 3rd day of nosebleeds, I started getting, i dunno what to call them, sores, on my arm. They look like slightly raised dots of skin about the size of a sprinkle at the biggest, but smaller less raised ones are around the bigger ones. And the dots are a very light, dead skin yellow with a ring of pink around them.

The strange thing is, the last time I had them was almost 4 years ago, during high school, and then they only appeared on my inner thighs, but they were much bigger. During that outbreak, no matter what I did, they would not go away, I tried all kinds of creams, some worked a bit, but after a while, they just went away; I had stopped using creams by then.

I don't have any allergies whatsoever, so i don't know what they could be, but I've had them before, but, it might not be related at all.

And then there's, well, they aren't headaches, so much as feelings of pressure or pulling in certain parts of my head, they occur at random times, so I don't know what they could be. And, after reading about the occipital ridge, I realized that I have had a bump at the very base of my skull right at the center, and it's not at all like the ingrown hairs that I sometimes get on my head. It's small, about the size of a pea, and the area around it feels somewhat bruised. Now, it was there a bit before I read the series, but it was never bruised feeling, as far as I can remember.

So, I'm kinda freaked out. But, it could just be coincidences, probably are, I dunno, I get all pantic frantic sometimes.

Just thought I'd say hello and say what's on my mind,

Graham a.k.a. Honeymaid

Hi Graham/Honeymaid

There are very many reports of physical symptoms that pop up when people begin reading the Wave/Adventure material and these things can continue as one progresses more deeply into the Work. For the most part, it seems to be a good idea to stay aware and keep track of what is going on, understanding that is it probably more an indication of an awakening as opposed to an indication that anything 'bad' is happening.

If 'all there is is lessons' - then it would make sense that as we learn the lessons, things in and around us change a bit. Getting upset or "pantic frantic" about such things sounds like a waste of energy - and energy is what you will need to really learn, so - perhaps - it would be a good idea to chill a bit - and try to 'observe it happening' a bit more, instead of being inside it so much - instead of 'identifying with it' - if that makes any sense at all.

Either way, it is learning and, if you are sincere, then that is the whole point.

Oh, and welcome!

Thanks, it always feels better to know that others have/are/will experienc(ed/ing/e) what I am, even though, logically, with 6.5 billion people, statistically, someone else must be.

I didn't want to add more, until somebody replied, but, just reading this series for 4 days, I've already changed some long-held habits.

After hearing about the "predator mind" I had a sort of epiphany that my midnight cravings and stuff, my eating for no reason, that I used to explain away as because I was bored or whatever, might be because of that, and almost exactly after that realization, my stomach started gurgling, but I knew I had just eaten dinner, there was no reason for me to be hungry, and usually, if I don't eat RIGHT before bed, I cannot at all get to sleep, well, I went to sleep just like "that" ::snaps::, so I told my stomach to shut up, that I had just eaten.

And another thing, usually If I read a word I don't know, I just skip over it, which isn't often, but still, after reading that knowledge=everything, I made lists of things I didn't know about or know of, and I've been looking them up, so I'm learning more now than ever.

Also, do you have any suggestions as towards meditation, I'm told I have ADHD, but I'd still like to try to do it.
