The Force is Strong With This One
Every so often, I have these types of dreams that I can't explain. The closest thing I can relate them to is astral projection or lucid dreaming (something along those lines :P)
What usually happens is, it starts off like any normal dream. And then suddenly its like I wake up, but when I do I'm not laying in my bed, I'm awake in my dream. I can't even explain my dreams, its always something whacked out. I dream of places I've never been and I meet people I don't even know (but when I'm dreaming I seem to know them). I woke up in the dream, knowing damn well that I was dreaming. So I pinched myself and tugged at my hair (because I was told that in lucid dreaming you stop dreaming if you try to make physical contact or someone tries to make physical contact with you) and I still wouldn't leave my dream. I remember when I first started having these dreams I would walk around the landscape (or should I say dreamscape?) to see if it really was happening.
I seem to come back down to the present physical world when I open my eyes. I open my eyes and for a brief second i still see the dreamscape but then it becomes fuzzy, and through the fuzz the physical world takes place.

At first I just thought it was astral projection. But most of the time I don't even intend to do it. For some reason something just clicks and I wake up in a dream.
When I researched the subject of astral projection all of it basically told me was that you relax yourself, clear your mind and then focus on imagining you floating out of your body. It eventually happens and you can go anywhere. But when I wake up in a dream I have no memory of leaving my physical body.

Has anybody else had this kind of experience?

I haven't had that experience but it reminds me of Carlos Castaneda's book "The Art Of Dreaming" which recounts similar experiences that you are having.

Hi jelly49;

I haven't experienced anything quite that vivid, but in addition to Nicholas' comment, it also sounds a lot like the divided attention (bi-location) aspect of remote-viewing.

Anyway, Tigersoap provided some excellent links with a truckload of info for you to think about, if interested. :)

I went to the link that you had mentioned Tigersoap and when I got to the this part,

" So, we were being directed to find an STO 4th density being who would be able to assist in protecting us from the often crushing "attacks" that we suffered. And, the session opened with a sort of mystery word, "Luck." I didn't know how important that word would later become, that it was, in fact, the name of the city in which Ark was born. And, just to keep the context, here is a further discussion about finding the "4th density being" who could provide protection on a separate page: Luck "

and clicked on the "luck" (http://www.cassiopaea.org/cass/luck.htm) link I received the following message:
"Not Found

The requested URL /cass/luck.htm was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

Do you or anyone else happen to know the contents of the original link?

I checked it on web archive - apart from the title ("4th Density STO and 6th Density Angels") and in the new page an added note on correspondence at the top, it contains the same as does the newer page http://www.cassiopaea.org/cass/angels_prayer_cassiopaeans.htm
