What do we really know about C's?

What do we know about Cassiopeans? Does someone ask this question before?
I know that the messenger is not so important than the message. But ...

They are 6D beings? But why they are called C's? Because they transmit through Cassiopea system. OK. But why from there? What is their connection to that place.

Does any other sources say something about Cassiopea civilization from 4D, 5D or 6D?
Does only Laura is in contact with C's?
I'm aware that Earth has had information embargo, but why we do know so small about them?
