What steps are needed to make Quinton Plasma?

Hey, I am wondering if anybody knows the actual procedure/method of making quinton plasma that can be ingested and used for medicinal benefits? I have been trying to find such information online and cannot seem to find it.

Basically looking for a step by step process in turning raw ocean water in to what you would buy at a store.

It seems like only way to get the Quinton Plasma water is, have to go into deep seawater where there’s still some form of pure seawater existing from the ancient time.

Thanks! I couldnt find specific information on this anywhere online. I was under the impression you could just collect ocean water and put it through some sort of filter. I was tinkering with the idea of making it myself but I suppose I would need the proper equipment.
