What the Health ! Documentary,

I'll Try another one,
This forum is different from others and I can only get an idea of how many people saw it from Responses , as the site doesnt give a View count.

This Film convinced me to give up dairy products, which I did not believe possible, But .
I thought,
If I cant keep my word to myself,
How can I keep it to anyone else ?
If this version is Pulled , you can find it quite easily on put locker,
If you dont mind the pop up ads,

Haven't got to the dairy part, but yes, for me, dairy is very inflamatory, for joints muscles and brain. I do agree that what we eat has a lot to do with our health, but I watched 10 minutes and I think it is developing into a "meat is causing cancer, diabetes, all diseases" documentary. It makes feel like not wanting to watch the rest of it, I've done my research in this subject already, and having also my personal experience and many others as testimonies, I disagree with this message. Is that what they go on about, SocietyoftheSpectacle?

I started to watch this as well, and was inundated by, what the WHO, the Cancer Agency, etc etc had to say about diet and health warnings. Just repeating the same old lies. With the research done here, and understanding the underlying agendas, I turned it off.

I've watched the whole 1½ hours now and this documentary turns out to be a propaganda piece for an entirely plant based diet, i.e. a vegan diet. All information about the American way of doing things seems some sort of preparatory show for the opt-out alternative and looks like an abridged rehash of their previous production Cowspiracy.

At approximately 1:09 the key phrase turns out to be: "We are not carnivorous apes" and that would be the main reason the paleo diet is wrong. The strongest animals (gorillas, rhinos and elephants) are all plant eaters, you know, and we are anatomically more like plant eaters than true omnivores.

From thereon in, the last half hour is mounting propaganda for the vegan diet, including wondrous healings from a variety of diseases "after only two weeks of eating a entirely plant based diet".

They have a website: _http://www.whatthehealthfilm.com/ with additional information, which seems very much less time consuming than this 'documentary' of 1½ hours.

What the Health is the groundbreaking follow-up film from the creators of the award-winning documentary Cowspiracy. The film exposes the collusion and corruption in government and big business that is costing us trillions of healthcare dollars, and keeping us sick.

What The Health is a surprising, and at times hilarious, investigative documentary that will be an eye-opener for everyone concerned about our nation’s health and how big business influences it.

Apparently they've never heard of "The vegetarian Myth" and similar studies.

Thank you for watching the entire documentary, Palinurus, and for your report. I kind of knew it was going in that direction. Let me tell you, after all I went through health wise for following a vegetarian diet for only 3 years - and I was still eating fish, mind you - it would have killed me if I went vegan! Skin problems, digestion problems, hormone problems, brain chemical imbalances, PMs problems, thyroid problems... all appeared those three years, and stayed around for so many years later, until I went paleo. Only the last few years I felt healthy because of the research done on this forum.

I just watched the documentary, I thought it started ok going against big pharma, governement lies and big corpos. But yeah, it's a pro-vegan movie with a lot of details overlooked. At one point they make it shine like the one trick pony that will solve all the problems of humanity. Like anything worth doing, it takes a lot of effort to document yourself to get to the knowledge, to the truth. They even point out how it is the big corpos agenda to dissiminate disinformation, they just did'nt think possible that it was the case for the very subject they are investigating. And the truth will set you free. Narrow is the gate.
