When the heart change of acceleration and it feel in the chest?

Yesterday I was in home and all day I felt a change in my heart, the aceleration changed and bit it in my heart!!! ??? I remember felt a long time ago once or maybe twice.
I was not stressed or worry, I was fine.

Hi zim, many people - myself included - get heart beat anomalies every now and then and usually they are quite harmless, so I wouldn't get too alarmed. They can however be a symptom of not getting enough of the right kind of nutrition, or things otherwise not being at an 'optimal' level. There was a discussion recently about all this in the thread Heart problems - advice appreciated.

Thanks again for your support and comments !!!! I´ll check this thread to find out what it was, I´ve really wasnt alarmed but wonder why yesterday felt those changes in my chest!!!
